You cannot get away from the cigarette smoke and it's obvious quite quickly that there is not adequate filtering to rid the casino of the smoke. There is one stall in the upstairs bathroom (which you can no longer access from the bottom floor of the casino) that has been out of order for at least 3 years. Half the time the soft drink machines are broken or there is no ice or cups. I understand there is a new owner of this place and even going weekly, we never see anyone winning anything. Several years ago we could actually hit something and walk out with a little money, but not these days. We used to visit Black Casino every week as we live not too far away.
